1. What Information We Collect, and Why We Collect It.
Why We Collect Your Information. We collect personal information to better deliver the products and services you request. Your personal information helps us communicate with you about our latest products, special offers, and information about which you might like to hear. We also collect your personal information to help us design and deliver our website, and to deliver relevant advertisements and offers to you after you use the Site.

We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Site. Presently, we use Google Analytics. 2. How We Use Your Information.
To Communicate With You. Email Communications and Ability to Opt-Out. If you provide your email address to us, or you have agreed to share it with us through our affiliate Therapedic.com website, we may email you with information and updates about the Site that we believe may be of interest to you. If you wish to opt-out of receiving these emails from us, please follow the instructions contained in each email you receive from us which will allow you to opt-out of receiving further marketing communications from us. Business Purposes for Which We Use Your Information. The Company uses your information in a variety of ways to offer and provide our products and services to you and to support our core business functions. 8. Data Retention.
Your information will be maintained as long as your Account is active, is needed to provide you services, or as necessary to comply with the Company’s legal obligations. If you delete your Account, the Company will delete your information 30 days after your Account has been deleted.
9.Access to Your Information.

10. Your California Privacy Rights.
Shine the Light. As provided under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, California residents are entitled to ask us for a notice describing what categories of personal information we share with third parties or corporate affiliates for those third parties or corporate affiliates’ direct marketing purposes. That notice will identify the categories of personal information shared with third parties and used for direct marketing purposes and the name and address of the third parties that received such personal information. 11.Children and Users Under Age 13.
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we request that individuals under the age of 13 not use the Site or provide information about themselves through the Site. If you believe your child has provided information about themselves through the site, please contact us using the methods provided in Section 14. If we discover that someone who is under the age of 13 has submitted information through the Site, we will use reasonable efforts to delete it from our records.
12. International Users.
If you live outside of the United States, by using this Site your information will transferred to, and stored in, the United States. By accessing the Site, users who reside outside of the United States, agree and consent to the transfer and processing of personal information on servers located outside of the country where they reside, and acknowledge that the protection of such information may be different than required under the laws of their residence or location.
