HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Mattress only, or mattress + foundation are made upon order. Once produced, it will be at your doorstep in a few days via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or comparable shipping service.

HOW DOES THE TRIAL PERIOD WORK? WHAT IF THIS ISN’T THE RIGHT MATTRESS FOR ME?
Immunity mattresses, purchased on this site only, come with a risk-free 100-night trial. While we’re confident you will love your new mattress, if you don’t fall in love in 100 nights, we’ll give you the option of a refund or one-time comfort exchange. Keep in mind that the first 30 nights on your new mattress are a critical adjustment period as your body adapts to your new bed. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?
Immunity mattresses bought online at this site have a 10-Year or 15-Year Limited Warranty, depending upon which model you purchased! You can find our warranty details here.

DO I NEED A BOX SPRING?
We’ve tested the Immunity mattresses on a slatted bed frame, on top of a sturdy bed base and on an adjustable bed base. It is designed to work on any of those firm, flat surface.

SETTING UP YOUR IMMUNITY HYBRID MATTRESS
Your new mattress is heavy! Ask a friend to help you lift and unpack it.
Use care when cutting! We have provided you with a tool for cutting the inner packaging materials. Be very careful to ensure that you do not accidentally cut your new mattress or the top material.
- Carefully slide compressed mattress out of box.
- Using the cutting tool provided, cut and remove outer plastic wrapping. The inner part of the vacuum-sealed plastic will remain intact.
- NOTE: Depending on the mattress you’ve received, you may need to unfold the compressed mattress after unrolling it, or you may just need to unroll it before removing final layer of plastic. Please take a moment to consider that before proceeding to the next step.
- Unroll and unfold (or just unroll) the mattress and position it on your base. Carefully cut and remove final layer of sealed plastic from the mattress.
- Carefully discard all packaging materials immediately after removal to avoid any hazard. Keep all packaging away from children.
- Allow your mattress to decompress naturally for the first 24–48 hours. Once it is fully expanded, manipulate the corners and sides to square it off as best as possible.
