Our mattress is engineered with a unique combination of mini micro-coils wrapped in a supple, mesh, multi-directional stretch fabric, latex and high-quality specialty foams for a luxurious feel. We designed our hybrid mattress with families in mind so you can rest easy knowing that the foams used have environmental certifications. The base foam and bio-based gel foam layers are CertiPUR-US® certified, and our natural latex layer is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    Mattress only, or mattress + foundation are made upon order. At certain busy times of the year, such as holiday season, it may take a little longer for you to receive to your order. Once produced, it will be at your doorstep in a few days via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or comparable shipping service.

  • HOW DOES THE TRIAL PERIOD WORK? WHAT IF THIS ISN’T THE RIGHT MATTRESS FOR ME?

    Agility offers a risk-free 100-night trial of our mattress. While we’re confident you will love your new mattress, if you don’t fall in love in 100 nights, we’ll give you a refund. Keep in mind that the first 30 nights on your new mattress are a critical adjustment period as your body adapts to your new bed. We understand that every body is different—so if after 30 nights but before 100 nights the Agility mattress is not right for you, contact us. For more information, see our Returns & Refunds page.

  • WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?

    The mattress has a 10 Year Limited Warranty! You can find our warranty details here.

  • DO I NEED A BOX SPRING?

    We’ve tested the Agility mattress on the floor, a slatted bed frame, on top of a bed base and on an adjustable bed base. It is designed to work on any firm, flat surface.

  • SETTING UP YOUR AGILITY HYBRID MATTRESS

    1. Remove mattress from box and position mattress in your room.
    2. Use care when cutting! We have provided you with an Agility tool for cutting the plastic packaging materials. Using the tool, cut and remove outer plastic wrapping, then unroll and unfold mattress. Be very careful to ensure that you do not accidentally cut your new mattress or the top material.
    3. Place unfolded mattress on base of your choosing. Carefully cut and remove final layer of sealed plastic from mattress.
    4. Get ready for a great night’s sleep. (It could take your Agility mattress 12-24 hours to resume its full size.)
