Immunity Auburn Medium Soft Copper Mattress

It’s been a pleasure waking up feeling refreshed in the morning instead of aching in every bone and muscle from our old squishy mattress. This was a great purchase!

I have had a few back surgeries and I have tried every mattress under the sun and this is by far the best mattress and the most Ive been able to sleep in years. I cant say enough about this company, what they stand for and the mattress itself. I will always be a Therapedic customer.

The product was fine. The mattress was very firm when we got it. I know you are supposed to use it for 30 days, but the motion transfer on it was terrible. Every time my partner moved, it felt like a wave pool. I didn't see that getting any better. I could have waited out the 30 days, but I brought this to their attention and without me asking they got approval from their management to do a return before the 30 day period ended. We donated the mattress to Salvation Army as directed, but did not donate the "Free" gift which were 2 pillows. I was not aware of this even though they did send the return policy. I would have thought someone would have mentioned that the pillows needed to be donated as well or we would be charged for our "Free" gift. They took the amount for the pillows off of the refund of the bed even though I did not purchase them in the first place. So, essentially charged me for something I did not order. I went back to them and told them I would be more than happy to donate the pillows as they were not needed. The representative I was working with told me that they already made an "exception" for me once and will not make another exception and that the refund is final. With my response, I let them know that I never asked for an exception. They just did it. I stated that I am asking for an exception now however and I really feel like the customer service has not been good. My response back from them was sorry you feel that way. The return is final. So, I paid $158 for pillows that I did not need or want. I only took them because the were "Free". I think they have a good product. I would not work with them again due to my experience. Helix has excellent customer service. I would recommend them.

The mattress is great, the platform is horrible. It creaks and snaps no matter what we try. WHat is the alternative? How can this be corrected?

I love this mattress! Cool, supportive, softness, without being mushy. It's the best mattress I've ever had. I hate getting out of bed!

I feel I owe it to Therapedic to leave a review. I was skeptical at first about ordering a mattress online. My last mattress was a horror story and left me with lower back pain for years. I spent about three months researching different mattress types until I was recommended Therapedic by a local furniture store. I love the fact that they're made to order in the USA. But let's get to the point. The Immunity Chestnut mattress is stupendous! The mattress was firmer than I expected and it is very cool to the touch. The quilted top is comfortable to lay down on in any position (I'm mostly a side sleeper). It's been a 10/10 sleeping experience for me. Thank you, Therapedic!

Well to start all it took was to lay on this mattress one time before I knew I was going to buy this. I have a 4 bedroom house and was looking for a new mattress for my guest room well that did not happen. I moved my tempur pedic into my guest room and got me this Cooper mattresses immunity and let me tell you I go to sleep and wake up 10 minutes before my alarm clock every morning with no back pain at all and on my days off, I now sleep for 10 hrs because I don't want to get up. I love the pressure relief and better blood flow I get now and I never over heat with the cooling technology that's in this mattress. I am so happy I got a Therapedic mattress I told my friends and family and they all went and got themselves a new Therapedic tempur and the other guys better look out because Therapedic is going to take over the mattress market by storm mark my words. I highly recommend any Therapedic mattress but I would start with the immunity 5stars great mattress.

After a few nights of great sleep at vacation rental, I was hooked. I took a screen shot of the mattress and promptly ordered this when I got home. I love it. Best mattress I've ever slept on.

I go to sleep really quick and stay asleep. I feel rested when I get up. Immunity says healthy sleep supports a better immune system and I think I've taken the first step with this mattress.

We bought an Immunity mattress for our guest room. Our guests raved about how comfortable it was, so we're upgrading our master bedroom too now.

Omg we love our king Immunity mattress and so does our dog, lol ! It is so comfortable!

I was hesitant about buying a mattress that arrives in a box, but I took a chance. After sleeping on it for a couple weeks, it is the most comfortable mattress I have slept on. Was very easy to open and it unrolled to its full size really fast. Highly recommend!!

After sleeping on a mattress I loved for many, many years, I purchased a queen size Immunity mattress for myself. It was time but I have high expectations and I was a little nervous about trying something new. Boy am I happy I did. I love it!
