The Therapedic® All-Foam 800 model provides a firm feel with minimal sinking for stable, elevated support and optimal spinal alignment throughout the night. The Therapedic® All-Foam 1200 model offers a medium-firm 4-layer design with a dual-foam support base and airflow channels for breathability
DO I NEED A FOUNDATION/BOX SPRING?
Your mattress will feel great on traditional mattress foundations, box springs, platform bed frames and on an adjustable bed base. It is designed to work on any firm, flat surface. You want to ensure that slats have adequate center support and that they are no more than 4 inches apart. Foundations should have little give or flexibility.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW MATTRESS?
Since memory foam is like a sponge, it will soak up any liquid that it comes in contact with. We only recommend spot cleaning the memory foam product with a mixture of mild detergent and water. Be gentle when applying any sort of pressure or friction to the memory foam during the spot cleaning. Do not use excess solution and blot the area with a dry towel and some pressure. Do not cover the memory foam with any bedding for several hours to ensure that it is completely dry. Memory foam should never be dried with a dryer. It should be air-dried only.
Material & Construction
DOES THE FOAM SMELL?
You may notice a new foam scent when you first open your mattress. This scent is harmless and will dissipate. To help this process, increase ventilation in the room (open windows), roll on your mattress to eliminate tiny air pockets and/or spray your mattress with a fabric refresher. Do not cover the mattress with linens until completely dry.

WHAT FR BARRIER IS USED?
The Therapedic® All-Foam 800 model uses an FR (fire-retardant) inherent cover, meaning the fire retardant is integrated into the cover. The Therapedic® All-Foam 1200 model uses a 340 gsm FR sock located just beneath the cover. Both are fiberglass free and are 16 CFR 1633 and 1632 compliant.
WHAT CERTIFICATIONS DOES THE MATTRESS HAVE?
Our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified. This ensures they are safe and non-toxic. Our polyurethane foams (memory foam and poly support foam) are CertiPUR-US certified. CertiPUR-US approved foams are:
- Made without ozone depleters
- Made without PBDE flame retardants
- Made without mercury, lead and other heavy metals
- Made without formaldehyde
- Made without phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission
- Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).
WHAT SAFETY TEST HAVE YOU DONE ON THE BED ?
The federal government requires all mattresses sold in the U.S. to meet very stringent regulations, as governed by 16 CFR 1633 and 1632. These mattresses use the safest fire-retardant barrier available.

WHAT IS THE HEIGHT OF THE FOUNDATION?
Every foundation is 7 ½" high.
HOW BIG AND HEAVY IS EACH BOX?
All mattresses, regardless of size, ship straight to your door in our standard box, which is 20"W x 20"L x 42"H. Depending on mattress size, the total weight of the box ranges from 33 lbs. to 82 lbs. The foundation ships in its own box, approximately 15" x 12" x 77" in size, and total weight of the box ranges from 54 lbs. to 84 lbs., depending on size of foundation.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY MATTRESS IN THE BOX?
Your new mattress was compressed for shipping. It should be opened as soon as possible upon receipt. Prolonged compression may cause permanent damage and the mattress may not recover properly.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO GET MY NEW MATTRESS SET-UP?
Set-up only takes minutes! Unbox, unwrap and unroll, remove plastic and position in place.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE THE MATTRESS TO BECOME A NORMAL SHAPE AFTER I REMOVE IT FROM ITS SHIPPING BOX?
24-48 hours.

WHAT IS THE STATE RECYCLING FEE?
Some states require a retailer to collect a small amount on every mattress and foundation sold to support the state's recycling programs. If your state has a program like this, you'll see a charge in checkout for a state recycling fee.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is FREE to the contiguous states! FREE shipping for mattresses and foundations. Shipping outside Continental United States is not available.
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Mattress only, or mattress + foundation are made upon order in the United States. Your product will not be sitting around in a box in a warehouse. Once produced, it will ship to your doorstep. We typically need 3 - 5 business days to craft your mattress. Transit time can then take an additional 1 - 5 business days, depending on where you live, via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground with contactless delivery. During holiday season that timeframe may be longer as our factories do close in observance of holidays. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once the order ships to help you feel prepared.
Time to Sleep
DOES THE MATTRESS PREVENT BED BUGS OR DUST MITES?
No, but these pesky occurrences are prevented by using and washing a mattress protection pad and a mattress encasement on a regular basis.
DOES THE MATTRESS SLEEP HOT?
Sleep temperature, in general, is very subjective to the individual. Some people feel no difference in body temperature when sleeping on memory foam, others do. This includes gel memory foam products as well. While not all cooling gel products are alike, our pressure-activated phase-changing gel surface material (AquaCHILL and BioFROST for example) has an instant, cool-to-the-touch characteristics due to the nature of the chemistry. The degree or coolness varies by product and will also depend on other ancillary characteristics of the product, such as breathability of the materials, or cooling fabrics (ActiveCHILL) used on the covers. Although gel products (i.e.: gel memory foam, gel overlay, gel glaze, gel beads, etc.) are classified as a cooler material, sleep temperature varies by the individual and the coolness is very subjective to the user. Using a sheet set with a high thread count (greater than 250 TC) will diminish the cooling properties as well. We suggest using a low thread count sheet set on any product that has cooling properties.
DO YOU NEED TO FLIP THE BED?
Yes, we recommend the mattress be rotated ever 3 months for even wear in use.
DOES IT HAVE A BREAK-IN PERIOD?
No… but you do! It can take your body up to 30 days to adjust to the new support system. Rest easy and give your body time to fall in love with your new mattress.
Returns & Refunds
WHAT IF THIS ISN'T THE RIGHT MATTRESS FOR ME?
We are 100% confident that you will love your All-Foam mattress, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with it, All-Foam offers a 100-Night Trial. In order to be sure you have given your body time to adjust to your new mattress, we ask that a refund request is made not less than thirty (30) days and not more than one hundred (100) days after delivery was made.
While it may not be right for you, there are organizations and individuals who would benefit from an All-Foam mattress. So, rather than asking you to return the mattress to us, we ask you to donate it to a registered 501(c)(3) charity, where it can be used to benefit someone in your community. If you cannot find a 501(c)3 organization to donate the mattress to, ShopTherapedic will accept a donation to a local family via a religious organization or school. If a donation is made this way, the customer must submit a letter written by an administrator at the religious organization/school on letterhead to ShopTherapedic outlining that the donation is being made.
The family receiving the mattress does not need to be named. In the event that a customer prefers to have ShopTherapedic arrange a pickup of the mattress or lives in a state where mattress donation is prohibited, ShopTherapedic will coordinate those arrangements at the cost of $75 - $175, depending upon size and location, deducted from the refund amount. Pickups are not available in Vermont and Wyoming. WHAT IF THE MATTRESS COMES DAMAGED?
The Therapedic® All-Foam collection includes a Damage and Defect Upon Delivery Warranty. If a product arrives in a damaged or unusable condition, we will replace or repair the product(s) in a timely manner, at no extra charge to you. Simply notify a ShopTherapedic advisor by email within 36 hours of receipt of the delivery of the item(s), and see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?

Mattress Warranty Terms & Conditions
LIMITED 10-YEAR WARRANTY
Your mattress is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable. This Limited Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product. Full warranty information specific to this mattress is available on our licensed partner's website.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
This warranty is applicable only to the All-Foam Therapedic 800 & 1200 mattress models when purchased on ShopTherapedic.com. If a defect that is covered during the Limited Warranty period occurs, our manufacturing partner for these specific products, Sinomax® USA, will repair or replace (at Sinomax® USA’s option) the defective product or component thereof. If it is determined that a replacement is required to honor this Limited Warranty, Sinomax® USA reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality if the like product or components are not available. Where a replacement is required, Limited Warranty coverage for this mattress is limited to a one (1) time replacement during the original Limited Warranty period which starts on the original date of delivery. Repairs to or replacement of this mattress or its components under the terms of this Limited Warranty will apply to the original warranty period and will not serve to extend such period. In all cases, shipping costs of the product to and from the factory are not covered by this Limited Warranty and are the responsibility of the purchaser, as is standard industry practice.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall Manufacturer’s liability exceed the purchase price paid by the original purchaser. Under no circumstances shall Manufacturer be liable or responsible for claims seeking special, indirect or consequential damages.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
This Limited Warranty does not cover the following: imperfections of the components; mold; slight body impressions (less than 1.5 inches in depth); comfort or temperature preference; transportation charges (if applicable); any abuse or unsanitary product condition; or damage caused by improper use or care; or if the mattress is no longer within the 48 contiguous states of the USA. This Limited Warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, removal, installation, setup time, loss of use, shipping or any other costs or expenses. Failure to follow the manufacturer’s care instructions may void this Limited Warranty. Sinomax® USA does not warrant that this product is suitable for any person’s medical condition or that it will protect the user against bacteria, viruses, or other disease organisms. Follow all care instructions found on the care tag carefully or you may void your warranty. The following actions will void your warranty: cutting or altering the size or shape of the product; folding or bending the mattress in an excessive manner for storage.
In no event shall Sinomax® USA be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever in any way arising out of the use or inability to use the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. Sinomax® USA reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate this Limited Warranty when, upon inspection, the product is found to be in an unsanitary condition, or when the product failure is due to causes other than defective material and/or workmanship. All warranties contained herein are void if the product is found to have been tampered with or misused beyond reasonable wear, and shall not apply if the product has been physically damaged intentionally or due to accident or neglect, including but not limited to, mold, damage by burns, cuts, water, stains, bodily fluids or is otherwise abnormally soiled, abused or unsanitary.
This Limited Warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the memory foam material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature (elasticity). These aspects do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the foam. The service terms stated in this Limited Warranty shall be the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy in the event of product failure during the Limited Warranty period. Sinomax® USA makes no warranty beyond what is contained in this Limited Warranty. Sinomax® USA does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or ability in connection with this Limited Warranty.
HOW CAN I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
If you discover a defect in your mattress, please contact an advisor at ShopTherapedic by calling 1-877-848-5753 or emailing advisor@shoptherapedic.com to be directed to Sinomax® USA. Or you may place a warranty service claim directly with Sinomax® USA at 1-877-726-3888 or e-mail us at consumercare@sinomax-usa.com . A clear copy of the original sales receipt or your packing slip (if a .com purchase) must be submitted for proof of purchase date as well as copies of all tags (sewn into your mattress). We recommend leaving these tags intact on your mattress. You must provide transportation or accept freight charges to and from the nearest Sinomax® USA facility for inspection of the warranted product (if requested) or to return the product for either repair or replacement. At the discretion of Sinomax® USA, they may request you to provide photos (digital or standard) of the claimed defect prior to its return for inspection (if requested). Sinomax® USA will not refund your purchase price. Proof of purchase including date, product and original purchase price is required for service under this warranty. A photo of the law label attached to the mattress will be required to validate this product and its Limited Warranty. You must be the original purchaser of the product for the Limited Warranty to be valid.
NULL AND VOID
All warranty claims are subject to verification by Manufacturer. This warranty will be null and void if the product is subject to abuse, misuse or is otherwise used in a manner not consistent with normal use.
This warranty will be null and void if: (1) the product is damaged or in a condition that will not allow Manufacturer to safely or adequately conduct an inspection of the product; (2) a king or queen foundation is used without the recommended slat spacing and/or center support rails; (3) the outer fabric has been torn, stained, soiled or subject to abuse; (4) the product has been used in a commercial setting; (5) the product has been transported to a location other than that to which it was originally shipped; (6) proof of purchase is not provided.
The service terms stated in this Limited Warranty shall be the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy in the event of product failure during the warranty period. Our company shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of the product or inability to use this product, or for the breach of this or any other express or implied warranty.
