Our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified. This ensures they are safe and non-toxic. Our polyurethane foams (memory foam and poly support foam) are CertiPUR-US certified. CertiPUR-US approved foams are:

  • Made without PBDE flame retardants
  • Made without mercury, lead and other heavy metals
  • Made without formaldehyde
  • Made without phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission
  • Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).

  • HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    Mattress only, or mattress + foundation are made upon order. At certain busy times of the year, such as holiday season, it may take a little longer for you to receive to your order. Once produced, it will be at your doorstep in a few days via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or comparable shipping service.

  • HOW DOES THE TRIAL PERIOD WORK? WHAT IF THIS ISN’T THE RIGHT MATTRESS FOR ME?
    Therapedic All-Foam mattresses, purchased on this site only, come with a risk-free 100-night trial. While we’re confident you will love your new mattress, if you don’t fall in love in 100 nights, we’ll give you a refund. Keep in mind that the first 30 nights on your new mattress are a critical adjustment period as your body adapts to your new bed. We understand that every body is different—so if after 30 nights but before 100 nights the mattress is not right for you, contact us. For more information, see our Returns & Refunds page.

  • WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?

  • DO I NEED A BOX SPRING?
    We’ve tested our mattress on the floor, a slatted bed frame, on top of a bed base and on an adjustable bed base. It is designed to work on any firm, flat surface.

  • SETTING UP YOUR MATTRESS

    1. Remove mattress from box and position mattress in your room.
    2. Use care when cutting plastic wrapping. Be very careful to ensure that you do not accidentally cut your new mattress or the top material.
    3. Place unfolded mattress on base of your choosing. Carefully cut and remove final layer of sealed plastic from mattress.
    4. Get ready for a great night’s sleep. (It could take your mattresses 24-48 hours to resume its full size.)
